Information collected

SwitchGez stores account details, public profile information, listings, community content, orders, dispute records, security logs and feature activity such as XP, follows and Crew membership.

Why it is used

Information is used to operate accounts, provide marketplace and community features, prevent abuse, process transactions, resolve disputes, send requested notifications and improve the service.

Service providers

Payment information is handled by Stripe. Transactional email is delivered through Resend. Hosting, identity providers and linked affiliate merchants may process information under their own privacy terms.

Public information

Your display name, avatar, bio, Gamer Scorecard, posts, highlights, badges and selected community activity may be visible publicly. Private delivery codes and account email addresses are not displayed publicly.

Retention and security

Records are retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud and resolve disputes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can update your profile and email preferences in your account. Contact the site owner through the platform to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
