Using SwitchGez

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Marketplace role

SwitchGez provides tools that allow members to list, discover and purchase gaming-related items. The listing identifies the seller responsible for the item. Sellers must own the item, have permission to transfer it and describe it accurately.

Payments and fees

Payments are processed by Stripe. The platform currently records a 5% seller fee. Additional optional charges may apply to subscriptions or promoted listings and are shown before payment.

Prohibited conduct

Do not sell stolen or unauthorised items, compromised accounts, cheats, malware, personal data or unlawful content. Do not harass users, manipulate reviews, evade fees or misuse payment disputes.

Moderation

SwitchGez may review, reject or remove listings and content, limit features, suspend accounts and preserve records needed for disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Rights and responsibilities may differ between private sellers and sellers acting as businesses.

Changes

Material changes should be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means the new terms apply to future activity.
