Trade safely

Keep purchases, delivery details and dispute conversations inside SwitchGez. Never share passwords, payment card details or account recovery codes.

Items you may list

Only list items you own and are permitted to transfer. Describe the platform, region, condition and delivery method accurately.

Prohibited listings

No stolen goods, compromised accounts, cheats, malware, fraudulent currency, payment credentials, personal data, unlawful material, or items that violate a game publisher’s rules.

Problems and refunds

Use Buyer Protection for missing, invalid or incorrectly described purchases. Administrators review the order record and messages. A status marked “refund recorded” means the administrator has separately processed the refund through Stripe.

Community conduct

No harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, scams, spam or sexual content involving minors. Report content using the controls provided on the site.

Your legal rights

These platform rules do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Rules may vary when buying from a private seller rather than a business seller.
